My name is Dan. I'm an Australian currently living in the UK.
The reason for this site is my love of chocolate. Since coming to the UK I have been working for a chocolate company called Hotel Chocolat, where I'm based in the Kensington branch. I have created this site in order to share my journey through the world of chocolate. Enjoy.

Welcome to my blog on chocolate. This site is dedicated to everything chocolate. I have included details of a program that I am undertaking as part of my employment with Hotel Chocolat called the 'chocolate diploma', as well as notes on the many chocolates that I have tasted since working there.
I have also started a blog which will cover everything from updates on my chocolate diploma to news from the world of chocolate and cacao, and just general coments relating to chocolate.
